People can no longer hide behind their computers and their on-line actions.
It is now a simple matter to have legal action taken against you should you
deliberatly breach any of the following conditions.
And be warned - I will come after you, as I have done so to
several other individuals and sites who have breached my rules.

Whether you want to just use these images as DESKTOP WALLPAPERS, or if you
want to place some
images on your own WEBSITE or SIMMING GROUP, you need to be aware of the
following conditions: |

You may NEVER leech
any images from this site under any circumstances!
"Leeching"
is when you directly link to a file on my server, rather than downloading
it and placing it on your own space.
The practice of leeching is now punishable by law, and if you leech from me
you will be prosecuted by both myself and my ISP, who's bandwidth you are
illegally defrauding. |

Credits must remain
on image at all times.
Even if you are only using the
image as your Wallpaper, you may not remove any of the image credits.
In the event of you having to crop the image size (for your own site ot
whatever), the original credits must be correctly re-applied. A text link on your
webpage is insufficient credditation! Images from this site may never be
displayed without credits being placed on the image. The only exceptions to this is when
the image is being reduced to a very small size, such as in the use as a banner. In these
cases, a text hyperlink back to this site must be placed on every page that displays one
of these small uncreddited images.
Note: If you
add to an existing image, all relevant credits relating to the additions must also
be added to the image.
(Such as "Mesh by ..." etc). This is an important rule if you are
using any of the STAR TREK: NEW WORLDS images, where you must leave the
startrekaustralia.com logo and the original credits ("Background by
...") as well as add your own credits to the image. ("Mesh by ...",
"Image by ...") |

Should any of this site's content be used to make money, promote, advertise,
or assist in any money-making scheme or venture, you will find several law suits on your
doorstep before you can blink an eyelid. Not only from myself and the creator of the
image/s used, but also from the mighty Paramount/Viacom who own the copyright on STAR

You
will find the largest collection of MESHES here, but there is a price...
Meshes are 3-D objects created in a 2-D Environment on
your Computer.
This is not an easy task, and many hours of hard work go into each Mesh.
As you can imagine, credditing the Mesh creator/s is extremely important,
and you need to be aware of the following conditions if you want to use
them: |

Every Mesh available from this
website comes with a CREDITS.htm file which contains the Mesh Credits.
These credits must be placed on any image or animation created with the
mesh.
In the event of you creating an image or animation that will be too small to
have legible credits (such as an animated gif or banner), a text hyperlink back to this
site must be placed on every page that displays one of these small uncreddited images or
animations. |

site are not to be used for any commercial or monetary-gaining purposes.
The use of these meshes is
restricted to non-profit use only!
Should you wish to make an animation sequence, movie or image that will
possible generate you a monetary income of any kind, permission needs to be exclusively
obtained from the creator/s of the Mesh. as well as any other related parties.
Breaches of this rule include:
-Making posters or Images and selling them.
-Making an animation sequence that will appear in a production that
generates income.
-Using the meshes (converted or otherwise) in any game or project that may
generate income. |

may NEVER be made available from any other source!
(Excluding authorized and/or partnered sites)
Unless you have prior
authorization from me, the mesh creator, or other relevant source, you may not
place any of the meshes from this site on your own site/s.
Be assured - nothing annoys a mesh creator more than having his work spread
all over the internet without their permission, so I suggest you follow this little rule,
or you face the full wrath of all those involved - it can get very messy. |

Permission must be
sought before any alterations, modding etc... occur!
Its common courtesy to ASK the
creator/s of a MESH if you are going to CONVERT, ALTER or MOD a MESH.
Most times they will have no problems with it, but ASK anyways.
In the cases of the MESH being downverted into a GAME MOD (or SOD), get
permission first - ESPECIALLY if you are going to release it! |
